Forsta exists all over the world. We know the value of diverse voices – because they’re already central to our global success. But if we’re going to represent the Human Experience, we need to represent the humans behind it. All of them.
We’re committed to inclusivity and equity. Right now, that means working towards having a team inside whose representation matches the world outside. And, it means making sure everyone, especially those of us from minority groups, has their voice heard and every opportunity to succeed. There’s more to come, and plenty more to do.

Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Steering Committee is a group of people from across Forsta working together to turn good intentions into concrete actions. They advise across everything from training, to hiring, to internal support for underrepresented groups.

Making spaces
Our Employee Resource Groups represent the voices of the communities who make up Forsta, whether that’s women, the LGBTQIA+ community, people of color, or those looking to support and strengthen mental health.
